Technical Drawing Package
Submit 3D CAD files (.STP/.STEP) for geometric data and detailed 2D drawings (.PDF/.DWG). 2D drawings must clearly indicate dimensional tolerances, thread specifications, and datum references for CNC machining.

Material & Surface Specifications
Define specific material grades and secondary treatment requirements. Please specify the required surface roughness (Ra), coating types (e.g., anodizing, powder coating), and any localized masking requirements.

While die casting is excellent for complex shapes, die cast secondary operations are required to achieve extreme tolerances (e.g., ±0.01mm), tap internal threads, or remove draft angles on critical mating surfaces.

We execute in-house machining for both. While we specialize in post-casting machining, we frequently process solid billets (stainless steel, titanium, aluminum) for specific project requirements.

We utilize precision CNC tapping centers and verify 100% of internal threads using calibrated go/no-go gauges as a mandatory step in our quality control protocol.

Sinker EDM allows us to machine intricate cavities and sharp internal corners while achieving a Ra 0.1μm optical-grade finish, completely bypassing manual polishing variables.
